Sunday Morning Tai Chi at Village Dance Arts
Balance, mindfulness, and flowing movement

We’re delighted to continue our Tai Chi classes at Village Dance Arts, running through February and March.

Join Kin Lam every Sunday at 10:00 AM at our Harvard Place studio in Claremont for a gentle, intentional practice that cultivates inner peace, improves balance, and supports overall well-being.
Please note: there will be no class on Sunday, March 1.

Whether you are new to Tai Chi or deepening an existing practice, these sessions offer a grounding and restorative way to begin your week.

Two Ways to Join:

  • Single Class Drop-In - Register for individual sessions as your schedule allows.

  • Monthly 4-class Package - Commit to the entire month (four sessions) and receive a $10 discount. A great option for committing to your practice or gifting mindful movement to someone else.

Registration: We recommend registering in advance to reserve your spot.

VDA Students: You can also use your existing VDA class passes for these sessions! Please email villagedancearts@gmail.com to reserve your spot instead of registering through the link above.

Embrace 2026 with grace, strength, and tranquility. We look forward to practicing with you!
